Attendance at Seminar #1 is not required.
Rick has been involved in competitive Olympic Weightlifting for nine, years and in the fitness industry for over twenty years. He has won three consecutive World Masters Championship titles in Olympic Weightlifting, and currently holds twelve USAW National Masters Records, three IWF Pan-American Masters Records, and one IWF World Masters Record. Rick is a certified USA Weightlifting Club Level Coach.

As a reminder, the Paleo challenge kicks off this week at both locations as follows:
Loudoun: Tuesday 11/8 6pm
Alexandria: Wednesday 11/9 6pm
This is open to ALL athletes, not just Crossfit!
You do need to email me (kari@nutritionfigures.com) to sign up.
It’s a 30-day challenge. We’ll cover all the info during the kickoff. You’ll have your bodyfat caliper measurements done at the beginning and the end.
If anyone is interested in putting this challenge into the Zone portions, just let me know and I’ll get you going on that.

Best tournament experience I’ve had in years. Lots of hard playing, but equal amounts of sportsmanship, mutual respect and gratitude amongst teams and players.
Out of 30+ teams, we came in third yet again 
. But we improved from our last performance. Our points total this time was 88, with 14 Gold, 14 Silver and 18 Bronze. Last time we had 76 points, with 10 Gold, 16 Silver and 14 Bronze. And only THREE team points away from 2nd place! Looks like my hair will stay the same. Next attempt, January 7th!
