Skill work: Bulgarian Dips and L-Sit holds (Coaches choice of punishment)

20 Lunges (10 each leg) with 95/65 over head
10 OHS with 95/65#
10 Hang cleans at 95/65#
5 Pushups
5 Lateral Bar Burpees

“ROLL YOUR WOD”

4 rounds for time!

1=20 ring push ups
2=30 wall balls
3=10 Turkish get ups
4=20 toes thru rings
5=30 lunges
6=20 burpee box jumps

    CF Kids WOD:

Move 100 pounds 50 meters.
Return it to the starting point and stack it neatly.

1 Min DB Squats (45#/25#) (DBs in both hands with one end of each DB resting on your shoulders in the rack position)
1 Min DB Push jerk (45#/25#)
1 Min Rest
