2. No you can not do another WOD instead, the WOD is running
3. No you can not make up a WOD that you “really wanted to hit”
4. If you have a legitimate injury like Tom S. or Jim M. you can row the 5k, otherwise you are outside

Five rounds, each for time of: 20 Pull-ups 30 Push-ups 40 Sit-ups 50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
