		<description>Oh yeah!  I did this workout at the local YMCA in Tampa.  I got a lot of strange looks and one of the trainers there offered me a towel after observing the puddle of sweat I left behind at each station.  They also told me I couldn&#039;t do the HSPUs anymore because I left marks on the wall.  Initially, I had my shoes off when doing them but was told that shoes were required so I put them back on for the second set.  Hopefully, tomorrow&#039;s workout can be done outside the gym.  Think I wore out my welcome at the Y ...</description>
