Paleo Challenge Final results!
Congrats to everyone who participated in the recent Paleo challenge.
Here are the results:
As a group, they lost 138lbs of FAT! That’s amazing!
The average % improvement from starting bodyfat was 15% – awesome!
These folks are going into the holiday with an average of 8lbs less bodyfat.
Now onto the winners – we have a 1st place and a 2nd place.
1st place (with a 30.3% improvement) goes to Andre Winstead! ***He wins 1-mth FREE at CJJ***
Runner-up (with a 28.1% improvement) goes to Frank Romeo. ***He wins Catalyst meals (5 Free lunches)***
I have to throw out a few Honorable mentions to Matt Stevens who had a 26.1% improvement and Mike Carlson with a 22.7% improvement.
