    Capital Main WOD:

Warm up:
15 Burpees
20 Walking Lunges
20 Shoulder dislocates
Quad and Calf stretches

WOD: “RJ”

5 Rounds for Time:
800m Run
5 Rope Climbs (Subs can be rope pulls from lying to standing…or 3 Strict pullups per climb)
50 Push-Ups
