Final Team WOD, Weigh-in and measurement for the Paleo Challenge!
WOD will be a team environment, including some Running, Wall balls, Slam Balls, Pushups and Walking Lunges.
Capital Elite Anaerobic Endurance WOD:
Tempo 90%, choose ONE sport and complete the following:
90% of best time (PR) or effort
Swim: 400m
Bike: 10mi
Run: 2mi
C2: 2k
