		<description>Ha! Exactly. And that advice actually originated with Jerome who told me to increase fat because I was walking around starving. I think I initially went to the other extreme and have now found the perfect balance that is working. Another tweak that seems to be working for me has been to reduce the size of the protein and increase veggies. I was eating way too much meat etc. 
As for rest and recovery I have stopped doing CF Endurance for now. I am planning on cutting back CF to 4 days and adding endurance back in until I get the balance right then work my way back to CF 4-5x and CFE 3x per week. </description>
