M/28/6'1"/175
Row: 52,52,50 (Thought we were recording calories not seconds so those are estimates)
OHS: 75/95/115x2/125
FS: 155/185/205x3
BS: 205/225x2/235/245

I really need to start recording my weights so I don't have to waste reps finding out what I can do. Still debating how I feel about this new workout formula.

Matt,

Glad to hear your neck is better. Mine is good after that 'train wreck' SDHP workout last Friday.

Hey do you mind changing your privacy settings in BTWB to allow me to see your custom workouts. I want to tag team off your custom workouts.

Thanks

I think the Y frowns upon the dropping of weight. Also it was loud as hell.

It is definitely harder to get pumped to lift when you're listening to Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift rather than Muse and Metallica.

<i>romeo take me somewhere we can be alone
i’ll be waiting all theres left to do is run
you’ll be the prince and i’ll be the princess

41/5'10"/170
row: 53/50/50
Came out of the seat on the first one, the time did not reset on the second so I am only giving myself the same time as the last sprint, but it was probably closer to 47.
OHS: 115/125/130/135/145
Have never attmpted a max OHS, so I used this to try to find it. Could have gone higher. All the OHS and snatch practice at home has really paid off.
FS: 225
BS: 275x3
Tried to go way to heavy at first, failing at 300 and 295 (pr is 290)
