Wednesday 6/2/10 WODs

Capital Main WOD:

Warm up:
20 Air squats
20 OHS (pvc)
20 Front squats
20 Back squats

WOD:
Row Technique
3 rounds – 250m Row @ 100% (1 minute rest b/w rounds)

Overhead Squat
1-1-1-1-1

Front Squat
1-1-1-1-1

Back Squat
1-1-1-1-1

Rest 2 min between lifts. There is no ‘set’ tempo for the lifts.
