Went to complex fitness center…
5 rounds of 400m runs on treadmill (15% incline): 3:12-3:40-3:41-3:34-3:32 (this was possibly the hardest thing I've ever done)
10 minutes max pistols (alternating legs): 141
might not be able to walk tomorrow.

24:46 Did 10 HSPU without Abmat. Took too long to do so ended up using one for the rest. HSPU probably took up close to 20 mins of my time.

Knocked this one out this afternoon (Thursday) at home after work.
16:15. Did first 1.5 rounds as Rx'd, the rest with a throw pillow. I don't know the conversion ratio of throw pillows to abmats (~1.5:1?)
First time brave enough to do handstands in the house. Hardly any holes in the drywall.

Had to do this one today also, at the office gym.
HSPUs as Rx'd, sit-ups were anchored but no AbMat. First 3 rounds of HSPUs were unbroken, which kept my time low because the sit-ups hit a wall fast.
