    I wanted to put a post from a great blog about the use of belts for this wod. Use them or not, it's good to be informed of both sides. I know there's a ton of anti-belt0-type rhetoric in the crossfit community, but there've been people lifting heavy ass weight way before crossfit came along.

  4. Couldn't make it today so I made the warm-up from today into my WOD.
    AMRAP in 20 minutes
    30 sec jump rope
    10 push ups
    15 sit ups
    Did 10 rounds w/ 15 seconds left. — Will someone please tell the weather gods we've had enough snow??? I'm ready for Spring already… and I usually like the Winter.

    Not a PR but then again I did not slip and break my neck in the ice and snow. Should have videoed us out there.
