Warm up:
OHS technique
10 Wall ball (* try to use heavier ball than usual)
5 Handstand pushups
20 back extensions (or Supermans on floor)
WOD:
’21s’ for time (with pushups & situps):
*every round adds up to 21
Start with 20 pushups, 1 situp…19 pushups, 2 situps…18 pushups, 3 situps…until you get to 1 pushup, 20 situps.

So for this workout is it 20 push-ups, 1 sit up and so on till you get to 1 push-up, 20 sit-ups. Then scale it back up from 1 push-up, 20 sit-ups, to 20 push-ups, 1 sit up? I am going to have to do WOD at work so I want to make sure before I start it.
nope. once you make it down to 1 push up and 20 sit ups, it's over.

Those sit-ups sucked more than I thought they would. (The push-ups sucked just as much as expected.)

22:20 w/ a 20# med ball for situps.
Couldn't do the WOD today. I may have to hit up on the weekend. Did some walking lunges and KB Swings instead. Good job to everyone who completed this. 210 Push-ups and 210 Sit-ups equal a lot of pain!

I did the WOD at work on my lunch break. I couldn't do the Warm up since I didn't have any medicine balls or machine for back extensions. I just did some free squats instead.
23:05 Rx'd ( I had to drop to push-ups on my knees for the 18, 19, & 20 sets).
24:15- used 8# medicine ball for sit ups.

I'm pretty sure I did the workout. Dan can correct me if I did not.
I genuinely can't remember what my time was. I skipped lunch today (or at least that's my story) and I pretty much can't remember the last 15 minutes of the workout. I figure my blood sugar got off or something.
But, I enjoyed the camaraderie of my fellow workout buddies though.
