Thursday 2/4/10 WOD

Warm up:
OHS technique
10 Wall ball (* try to use heavier ball than usual)
5 Handstand pushups
20 back extensions (or Supermans on floor)

WOD:

’21s’ for time (with pushups & situps):
*every round adds up to 21
Start with 20 pushups, 1 situp…19 pushups, 2 situps…18 pushups, 3 situps…until you get to 1 pushup, 20 situps.
