Thursday 11/19/09 WOD

Warm Up:
Overhead Squat
Burgener Warm Up
15 Ring Dips
10 Handstand Push Ups

WOD:
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed. Once you cannot keep up with the clock, you are finished.
