Inverted Burpees

200 meter Farmer Walk begins each round. So here is how it will look:

Round 1
200 meter Farmer Walk
20 Double Unders
20 Inverted Burpees
20 Push Ups

Round 2
200 meter Farmer Walk
15 Double Unders
15 Inverted Burpees
15 Push Ups……
