		<description>OT Crossfitters - please let me know by posting here if you are going to be here at Loudoun tomorrow.  It will help me get all the times together for WOD #3 leading into the finals.  Also please use your real names - I have not met many of you and don&#039;t know any of the dumb nicknames you guys use.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;At 9am we will start the Scaled division competitors ONLY.  After they are finished we will start the RX&#039;ed division competitors ONLY.  This way those competing will have enough time to rest and get ready for the finals should they make it.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I know others have expressed interest in hitting WOD #3 even though they are not competing or have become disqualified over the past two days.  We will try to make this happen but there is NO guarantee.  I will need some time after WOD #3 to tally the scores and get things set up for the finals.  Please don&#039;t be angry if we can&#039;t get everyone through the WOD tomorrow, we will do the best we can but the competitors come first.</description>
