Warm Up:
Squat Snatch technique
20 Groiners (10 on each leg – hold 5-10 seconds each)
25 Kettlebell Swings

“Barbara”

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Record times for each round.
