Open Training Policy
Want to train outside of class? Remember, Capital Jiu-Jitsu maintains a generous Open Training Policy: whenever a CJJ academy is open, members of CJJ may use available mat space for open training. Open training gives students the opportunity to pursue Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), BJJ and Muay Thai training outside of class. Working with friends is one of the secrets to becoming proficient at Mixed Martial Arts, and, with hours of open training time at Capital Jiu-Jitsu every day, meeting training partners and achieving your goals in MMA is well-within your grasp. Each Capital Jiu-Jitsu location in the Northern Virginia and Washington DC area offers over 80 hours per week of open training time at no additional cost to members, making it possible to train Mixed Martial Arts more than full-time.
