Ultimate In-House Competition May 5th, 2012
The next version of Capital’s Ultimate In-House Competition, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament and Muay Thai Smoker will take place May 5th in Alexandria, VA. The event is open to members and friends of Capital MMA & Elite Fitness. Download the event package here.

10:00AM = Day-of Registration Only ($20) and Weigh-ins
10:30AM = Bracketing
11:00AM = Staff Meeting; Rules Meeting; Kids, Women, Purple, Blue, White….
Muay Thai:
3:00PM = Muay Thai Weigh-ins (Pre-registration Only)
3:30PM = Event Room Cleared/Spectator Fees Collected ($20)
4:00PM = Officials Meeting; Fights….
