Royce Gracie at Capital 3/25 – 3/28
MMA and UFC legend, Royce Gracie, will return to Capital Mixed Martial Arts and Elite Fitness in Northern Virginia for three days of seminars. Royce will visit all three Capital Locations, Takoma Park MD, Old Town Alexandria and Loudoun County, to teach classes in Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi Submission Wrestling and Kid’s MMA.
