Rodrigo Gracie Visited Capital May 13-16
BJJ Black Belt and ADCC Submission Wrestling champion Rodrigo Gracie made another visit to Capital Mixed Martial Arts and Elite Fitness on May 13 – 16th. Rodrigo taught classes at all three Capital locations, Takoma Park MD, Loudoun County VA and Old Town Alexandria, teaching Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, No-Go Grappling and MMA.
