A group of child care workers from Au Pair Culture Care visited Capital MMA and Elite Fitness Loudoun County for a free class in She’Safe Women’s Self-Defense.
This passed weekend’s BJJ Competition/Muay Thai Smoker came off without a hitch at Capital MMA and Elite Fitness Loudoun County/Dulles. Check out these photos from from the grappling portion of the event.
We have 1 overall winner from Loudoun and one from OT. They are the ones whom had the highest % improvement from their initial starting point.
In case you each want to calculate your % improvement, it’s easy. Just subtract your ending bodyfat from your starting bodyfat %. Then divide that number by your starting bodyfat %. So if you started at 20% and ended at 15%, the calculation is:
(20-15) / 20 = 25% improvement
The Loudoun winner is Nate Gonzales. Nate had a 37.9% improvement from his starting point.
The OT winner is Praveen Ramlingam. Praveen had a 39.7% improvement from start.
