Capital MMA and Elite Fitness will host an Olympic Lifting Seminar: Featuring Rick Bucinell at Loudoun on September 24th, 2011 from 11:30 – 1:30PM. Rick has been involved in competitive Olympic Weightlifting for nine, years and in the fitness industry for over twenty years. He has won three consecutive World Masters Championship titles in Olympic Weightlifting, and currently holds twelve USAW National Masters Records, three IWF Pan-American Masters Records, and one IWF World Masters Record. Rick is a certified USA Weightlifting Club Level Coach.

UFC Hall of Famer and MMA legend, Royce Gracie will visit Capital MMA and Elite Fitness October 27th – 29th.
