In-House No-Gi Tournament 2/27/10
Capital Mixed Martial Arts and Elite Fitness will hold another in-house tournament Saturday February 27th at the Loudoun County VA Academy featuring both adults and kids divisions. The tournament will be no-gi/submission wrestling and division winners will receive the new Capital Clinch Gear Grappling Shorts. If you’re a member of Capital, this is a great opportunity to have fun and get some competition experience without the added pressure and hassle of traveling outside the Northern Virginia area and to get to know members of other Capital academies.
