    • Copa NOVA Results: Capital Places 3rd Overall

    Several competitors from Capital participated in the Copa Nova Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling Tournament on January 9th, 2010 in Ashburn VA. Everyone’s hard work in training paid off with several medals and a third place finish for Capital in the team standings.
