Capital Snowpocalypse Contest
Capital will provide any member of Capital (student or coach) with ONE FREE MONTH tuition for submitting the BEST “Capital SNOWPOCALYPSE/SNOWMAGEDDON Workout”. This can be a CrossFit style “shoveling for time” WOD, MMA work on the local Snowmenm or Muay Thai low kicks on the snow covered banana trees in Kru’s back yard. Anything goes so long as Capital is displayed/mentioned in some way in the video (logo on shirt, vocally named, logo placed into video, snowman wearing CJJ hat….) Any “sponsored athlete” (not paying tuition) can give their free month away if they win!
Athletes must also post the video to the Capital facebook page or the Message Board under “Capital SNOWPOCALYPSE/SNOWMAGEDDON Workout” Videos. The deadline for submissions is February 12th, 2010.
