Capital MMA & Fitness Closed 11/25 – 11/29
Both Capital Mixed Martial Arts and Elite Fitness locations will be closed from Wednesday November 25th through Sunday November 29th for the Thanksgiving Holiday. But, this doesn’t there won’t be training opportunities: check the Message Board for open training times during the break.
