Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu black belt and veteran MMA Fighter Spencer “Aitor” Canup will teach an MMA Seminar Saturday February 20th in the Cage at Capital’s Loudoun Academy.

His fight resume includes appearances in Rumble on the Rock, King of the Cage and the IFC.
