Jon Potter’s Fight Gone Bad
Since our beginning, Capital MMA & Elite Fitness has raised tens of thousands of dollars through CrossFit & the annual fundraiser we call, A Fight Gone Bad.
This fundraiser benefits a cause Capital strongly believes in: the disabled men & women of the US Military.
As added motivation, a tradition has been made, and two coaches make a wager. The loser does the Fight Gone Bad after eating 5 hotdogs and drinking a beer, one month after the fundraiser, the Saturday before Halloween.
