Metro:
Take the Yellow Line to the Eisenhower Metro stop. Walk to Eisenhower Avenue and turn right. Walk for several minutes to Hooff's Run Drive and turn right again. Jungle's Gym is on the right. You may also take the Yellow or Blue Lines to the King Street Metro stop. Our school is only several blocks from there as well.
Driving:
Traveling I-495 take the VA-241 N/Telegraph Road exit - Exit 176B - toward Alexandria. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Turn right onto Pershing Avenue. Turn right onto Stovall Street. Turn left onto Eisenower Avenue. Turn right onto Hooff's Run Drive. Jungle's Gym is on the right.

Capital Jiu-Jitsu - Loudoun County/Dulles 606 at Route 50
Situated in the heart of Loudoun County Northern Virginia, the Loudoun academy is accessible from South Riding, Sterling, Chantilly, Brambleton and the surrounding areas. It features more than 10,000 square feet of training space for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, CrossFit and Mixed Martial Arts, as well as dozens of heavy bags, an octogon, men's and women's locker rooms with showers, a 2,000 square foot CrossFit area with fixed pull-up bars, Olympic Weightlifting Platforms, medicine balls, kettlebells, etc., and plenty of parking. CJJ Loudoun offers programs in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, CrossFit, Yoga, CrossFit Kids, Kids Jiu-Jitsu & MMA, and She'Safe.
