Capital MMA & Elite Fitness: Alexandria

Metro:
Take the Yellow Line to the Huntington Metro stop. Exit the station on the southside, toward King's Highway. Turn left on Kings Highway, walk approximately .9 miles to Jefferson Davis Hwy/US-1. Look for Capital across the highway, next to Walmart.

Driving:
Capital Mixed Martial Arts & Elite Fitness is conveniently located at the intersection of Route 1 and King's Highway. From I-495 S/I-95 S take exit 177A - 177B for US-1 S toward Ft. Belvior. Proceed 1.7 miles before turning left on Richmond Highway (stop light immediately after McDonald's).

Capital MMA & Elite Fitness: Loudoun County/Dulles 606 at Route 50

When traveling on VA-606 East, consider taking a left on Pebble Run Drive, and then a right on Overland Drive, to avoid the long light at the intersection of VA-606 and Overland Drive. Situated in the heart of Loudoun County Northern Virginia, the Loudoun academy is accessible from South Riding, Sterling, Chantilly, Brambleton and the surrounding areas. It features more than 10,000 square feet of training space for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, CrossFit and Mixed Martial Arts, as well as dozens of heavy bags, an octogon, men's and women's locker rooms with showers, a 2,000 square foot CrossFit area with fixed pull-up bars, Olympic Weightlifting Platforms, medicine balls, kettlebells, etc., and plenty of parking. CJJ Loudoun offers programs in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, CrossFit, Yoga, CrossFit Kids, Kids MMA, and She'Safe.

Capital MMA & Elite Fitness: Takoma Park MD: Roda Movements

Located inside Roda Brazilian & Latino Movements, Capital MMA & Elite Fitness's™ Washington DC location is just minutes from the Washington DC Metro in Takoma Park Maryland. Students will find it accessible from Silver Spring, Chevy Chase, Manor Park, Brightwood and the heart of Northwest Washington DC. Less than a quarter-mile from the Takoma Red Line station.

Metro:
Upon leaving the Takoma Station, simply head west on Carroll St. (a left out of the station) crossing in to Maryland at Eastern Ave. Continue on Carroll St., taking a slight left as it becomes Carroll Ave.
